Every client begins with a comprehensive assessment that looks at your history, your health, and the pressures your loved one faces day to day. From that, we write a personalized treatment plan and adjust it as things change.
A dedicated case manager coordinates your care from the first appointment through aftercare, keeping counselors, prescribers, and family informed. You always know who to call. If a setback happens, we talk through it and revise the plan together. Recovery is ongoing work, and this program is designed to support it over time.
